Oliver Batten

Founder Oliver is a commercial strategist with deep experience growing education businesses. He runs Ena Education, developing intelligent tutoring and CRM tools, leads Aspire Prep in supporting Chinese students applying to top UK independent schools, and also advises organisations through his AI consultancy, Dramatic Exits. He brings a practical, people-focused approach to solving challenges across the education sector.

Matthew Curnier

Founder Matthew began his career as a Marine Biological and Zoological Researcher before training at King’s College London and moving into teaching. He helped turn around a school in Ofsted Special Measures and later led a year group from the bottom of regional rankings to near the top. His impact earned national recognition and a role as a Specialist Leader in Education, supporting schools to strengthen their Science departments. At heart, Matthew is driven by helping students succeed and creating meaningful, lasting change.
